Where it is?
The project began in the Dominican Republic where the author spent two years as a computer teacher at the Miguel Yangüela de Cabrera high school. The lyceum had a computer center that was used very little for educational purposes. Money was lacking to buy software, and the great Internet served more to distract students than to educate them. Now thatquiz.org is maintained from the United States.
